2. What Vimsho Provides

Vimsho is an astrology, horoscope, and personal insight product.

Vimsho combines deterministic astrology calculations with written interpretation and lifestyle-oriented guidance. Vimsho is intended for reflection, self-understanding, entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal insight.

By using Vimsho, you acknowledge that Vimsho provides astrology-based reflection and lifestyle guidance only, not professional advice.

• Birth chart generation
• Horoscope and astrology readings
• Today, month, year, and timing views
• Vimshottari dasha and transit-based interpretation
• Saved birth profiles
• Guided questions and personal insight features
• Compatibility or multi-profile features, if enabled
• Subscription-based access to premium features
• Account export and account deletion tools

3. Eligibility and Account Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create a Vimsho account or use Vimsho as an account holder.

By creating an account or using Vimsho as an account holder, you confirm that:

• You meet the account age requirement;
• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms;
• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• You will use Vimsho only for lawful purposes; and
• You will follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4. Birth Profiles for Yourself and Other People

Vimsho may allow you to create or save birth profiles for yourself or another person.

A birth profile may include information such as:

• Profile label or display name
• Date of birth
• Time of birth
• Whether birth time is approximate
• Birth place
• Current place or Today location
• Gender or identity context, if provided
• Relationship or profile context, if provided
• Astrology chart and timing information generated from the profile

4.1 Your Own Profile

If you create a profile for yourself, you confirm that the birth details and other information you provide are your own and are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

4.2 Another Adult's Profile

If you create a profile for another adult, you confirm that:

• The person is 18 years of age or older;
• You have permission or another valid basis to provide that person's information; and
• You will use that profile respectfully and lawfully.

4.3 Minor Profiles

Vimsho accounts are for adults who meet the account age requirement. However, Vimsho may allow an adult account holder to create a birth profile for a person under 18 only when the adult account holder affirmatively confirms, at the time the profile is created, that they are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to provide the minor's information. Vimsho relies on that confirmation and does not independently verify it.

If you create a minor profile, you agree that:

• You are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized person;
• You authorize Vimsho to process the minor's birth details for astrology chart generation, horoscope readings, timing views, saved profile features, and related interpretation;
• You will not use Vimsho to make medical, mental health, legal, financial, custody, educational, or other serious decisions about the minor;
• You will not use Vimsho to generate fear-based, harmful, or deterministic conclusions about the minor;
• You may request deletion of the minor profile by using available account tools or contacting privacy@vimsho.com.
• Minor profile data is not intended to be used for advertising, public sharing, or third-party AI provider processing at launch.

5. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you may need to create an account or sign in through an enabled authentication provider, such as Google sign-in.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe your account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information;
• Keep your login credentials secure;
• Not share your account with unauthorized users;
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised;
• Accept responsibility for activity under your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

6. Consent to Process Birth Details and Personal Inputs

Before Vimsho calculates or saves any astrology page, Vimsho will ask you to consent to processing the information you provide, whether or not you have created an account yet. Where the birth details are for a person under 18, Vimsho will collect guardian or authorized-person consent before it calculates anything from those details.

You understand that Vimsho uses this information to calculate and display astrology-related pages, chart facts, timing views, saved profiles, and interpretations.

You should not submit information that you are not authorized to provide.

This may include:

• Name, profile label, or display name
• Birth date
• Birth time
• Birth place
• Current place
• Smart-entry text
• Personal questions or reading requests
• Saved profile information
• Guardian authorization for minor profiles, where applicable

7. No Professional Advice

Vimsho provides astrology-based interpretation and lifestyle-oriented guidance only. Vimsho does not provide:

If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Disclaimer, these Terms control for legal agreement purposes, but the Disclaimer provides additional explanation about how Vimsho content should and should not be used.

8. Sensitive and High-Risk Topics

Vimsho may refuse, limit, block, or reframe content in these areas.

Vimsho may display additional point-of-use disclaimers or safety messages for health, finance, relationship, family, minor-profile, crisis, death, self-harm, or other sensitive topics. These messages are part of Vimsho's safety and responsible-use design.

If you are in crisis, in danger, or considering self-harm, contact your local emergency number right away, or in the United States call 911 or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Vimsho is not an emergency service.

You agree not to use Vimsho to seek or rely on:

• Diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions
• Mental health crisis guidance
• Emergency support
• Investment, trading, or financial buy/sell decisions
• Legal or tax decisions
• Decisions involving custody, children's welfare, pregnancy, fertility, or safety
• Death predictions
• Suicide or self-harm predictions
• Fatal disease predictions
• Curse, doom, catastrophe, or fear-based predictions
• Certainty about another person's private thoughts, actions, intentions, loyalty, or future conduct

9. Nature of Astrology Content

Astrology content is interpretive and symbolic. Vimsho may provide readings, timing signals, predictions, themes, or reflections based on astrology calculations and interpretation.

You understand and agree that:

• Vimsho does not guarantee accuracy, certainty, timing, compatibility, life outcomes, or future events;
• Astrology interpretations may be incomplete, symbolic, subjective, or uncertain;
• Similar chart factors may manifest differently for different people;
• You remain responsible for your own choices and decisions;
• Vimsho should not be treated as factual certainty or professional advice.

10. Automated Astrology Interpretation and AI Providers

Vimsho may include generated or assisted interpretation based on deterministic astrology facts produced by Vimsho's backend.

At launch, third-party AI provider processing is not enabled in production. Code paths for AI providers may exist for development, testing, or future use, but production provider-backed AI calls are not used unless enabled later with appropriate disclosures, consent, and policy updates.

If Vimsho later enables third-party AI providers, we may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, in-app disclosures, or consent flows to explain how such processing works.

11. Subscriptions, Free Trials, Auto-Renewal, and Paid Features

Vimsho may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, free trials, promotional pricing, or other purchase options.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, Vimsho's introductory trial is a 7-day free trial.

Additional subscription, cancellation, and refund details are available at https://vimsho.com/subscription-refund.

After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the trial ends.

After each paid subscription period, your subscription will continue to automatically renew until cancelled, unless the checkout flow states otherwise.

By starting a trial or purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the subscription fees, taxes, and renewal amounts according to the offer shown at checkout.

Subscription features, prices, billing periods, currencies, taxes, trial eligibility, and renewal terms may vary by country, platform, offer, or checkout provider.

You are responsible for reviewing the checkout terms before starting a trial or subscription.

Before you start a trial or subscription, the checkout page or purchase flow will show the material subscription terms, including:

• Trial length;
• Price after the trial;
• Billing frequency;
• Renewal terms;
• Applicable taxes, if shown or calculated at checkout;
• How and where to cancel;
• Any platform-specific terms that apply.

12. Payment Processing

Payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, refund rules, cancellation processes, and billing controls. You are responsible for reviewing the terms shown at checkout.

Vimsho does not intentionally store full payment card numbers in its own systems.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as:

• Stripe for web subscriptions and billing;
• Apple App Store for iOS purchases or subscriptions, if enabled;
• Google Play for Android purchases or subscriptions, if enabled;
• Other payment platforms if introduced later.

13. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing method or platform where you purchased it.

For web subscriptions, cancellation may be available through Vimsho account billing controls, the Stripe billing portal, or another billing page provided to you.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, you must cancel through the applicable app store account settings or subscription management tools.

You should cancel before the end of your free trial or current billing period to avoid the next charge.

Deleting your Vimsho account does not guarantee cancellation of an active subscription. You should cancel active subscriptions through the billing portal or app store before or separately from account deletion.

For web subscriptions, Vimsho may attempt to cancel or clean up Stripe subscription/customer records during account erasure where technically available. You should still confirm cancellation through the Stripe billing portal or any available account billing controls.

App-store subscriptions must be cancelled through the applicable app store.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate processes depending on where you purchased.

14. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

Refund eligibility depends on where you purchased, the applicable payment provider rules, and applicable law.

For app-store purchases, refunds are generally handled by the applicable app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play, under that platform's policies.

For web subscriptions processed through Stripe, refund requests may be reviewed by Vimsho according to the purchase details, applicable law, billing status, and whether the paid service was used.

Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law or stated at checkout. Canceling during the free trial avoids any charge.

14.1 EU/UK Withdrawal Rights for Digital Content and Services

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right for online purchases, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Before Vimsho takes EU or UK payments for digital content or services made available immediately after purchase, the checkout flow must ask you to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable withdrawal or cooling-off right once the digital content or services begin, to the extent permitted by law.

If this waiver or acknowledgement is required in your jurisdiction and is not properly obtained, your statutory rights may still apply.

15. Taxes, Currency, and Pricing

Prices may be shown in different currencies depending on your location, checkout route, or available offer.

Taxes may be calculated and charged where required by applicable law or payment processor configuration.

Vimsho may change pricing, plan features, or trial terms in the future. Price changes for active subscriptions will be handled according to applicable law and the rules of the payment platform used for your subscription.

16. Account Export and Account Deletion

Vimsho provides account export and account deletion tools.

Account deletion may delete, redact, unlink, or retain a minimal non-identifying record of account-related information depending on the data type and legal or operational requirements.

Account deletion does not guarantee cancellation of an active subscription. You should cancel active subscriptions through the applicable billing portal or app store before or separately from account deletion.

Some records may be retained where permitted or required, including for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business purposes.

17. Privacy

Your use of Vimsho is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, share, export, and delete personal information.

Your information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and according to any consent choices or account settings available in Vimsho.

18. User Content and Inputs

You may submit information, questions, text, feedback, profile details, or other content to Vimsho. You retain any rights you have in your User Content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any User Content, including information about another person.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.

You grant Vimsho a limited license to use, process, store, display, reproduce, and transmit User Content as needed to:

• Provide Vimsho services;
• Generate charts, readings, timing views, and interpretations;
• Save account and profile history;
• Provide support;
• Maintain security;
• Improve service reliability, except that BlueQuantum Labs LLC will not use the content of your birth details, questions, or readings to train third-party or general-purpose AI models without your separate consent;
• Comply with legal obligations.

19. Feedback

If you submit suggestions, ideas, corrections, comments, or feedback about Vimsho, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, unless otherwise required by law.

Do not submit confidential business ideas or proprietary materials unless you have a separate written agreement with us.

20. Acceptable Use

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use Vimsho unlawfully;
• Violate another person's privacy or rights;
• Submit another person's birth details without authorization;
• Create a minor profile without proper parent, guardian, or legal authority;
• Use Vimsho for medical, legal, tax, investment, emergency, or professional decisions;
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or harvest data from Vimsho without permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with Vimsho's systems;
• Bypass security, rate limits, subscription controls, or access restrictions;
• Use Vimsho to generate harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or fear-based content;
• Upload malware or harmful code;
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Use Vimsho to build a competing product by copying our content, design, outputs, or service structure.

21. Vimsho Intellectual Property

Vimsho, including its name, brand, designs, software, interface, visual style, text, graphics, service structure, generated layout, templates, and other materials, is owned by BlueQuantum Labs LLC or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may use Vimsho only as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from Vimsho except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

22. Your Personal Output and Readings

Subject to these Terms, you may use your personal horoscope readings and chart outputs for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial use of Vimsho outputs requires written permission unless a plan or feature expressly allows it.

You may not use Vimsho outputs to:

• Mislead others;
• Provide professional advice to others;
• Sell readings or services as if you created Vimsho's content independently;
• Build or train a competing astrology, horoscope, or interpretation product;
• Remove attribution where attribution is shown;
• Use outputs in a way that violates these Terms or another person's rights.

23. Third-Party Services

Vimsho may integrate with, link to, or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure, authentication providers, app stores, geocoding providers, email providers, push notification providers, and abuse-prevention tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

24. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of Vimsho at any time.

We may add, remove, or change features, plans, prices, trial offers, supported countries, language support, or technical requirements.

We are not liable for service interruptions, delays, data loss, or unavailability except where required by law.

24A. Availability, Country Restrictions, and Legal Compliance

Vimsho is initially intended for users in the United States and India. We may make Vimsho available in other countries or regions over time, but accounts, subscriptions, payment methods, features, languages, and support may vary by location. Vimsho is not actively marketed to the European Union or United Kingdom at launch, and paid subscriptions may not be available there unless and until we enable those markets.

Vimsho may not be available in all countries, languages, platforms, or regions.

We may limit, suspend, or discontinue access to Vimsho in any country or region where we believe providing the service would create legal, regulatory, operational, payment, security, or compliance risk.

You may not use Vimsho where prohibited by applicable law.

You represent that you are not located in a country or region subject to applicable U.S. government embargo or sanctions restrictions, and that you are not listed on any applicable U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you in your location, including consumer, privacy, payment, tax, export, and online-service rules.

Where mandatory consumer rights apply in your jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.

25. Beta, Preview, and Sample Content

Vimsho may show sample pages, preview readings, beta features, experimental features, or early-access experiences.

Sample pages are not personalized unless clearly stated. Preview content may be limited and may not reflect the full paid experience.

Beta or preview features may be incomplete, unstable, inaccurate, or changed without notice.

26. Disclaimers

Vimsho is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueQuantum Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and suitability for your intended use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.

We do not guarantee that:

• Vimsho will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Astrology readings will be accurate or complete;
• Predictions or timing signals will occur;
• Chart interpretations will match your experience;
• Compatibility readings will predict relationship outcomes;
• Vimsho will meet your expectations;
• Any particular result, benefit, insight, or life outcome will occur.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueQuantum Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, emotional distress, personal decisions, financial losses, or reliance on astrology content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Vimsho or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Vimsho for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose or USD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

28. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BlueQuantum Labs LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or related to:

Some jurisdictions may limit consumer indemnity obligations, so this section applies only to the extent permitted by law. BlueQuantum Labs LLC will notify you promptly of any claim for which it seeks indemnity and will let you participate in the defense with your own counsel at your expense. You are not responsible for any claim to the extent it arises from BlueQuantum Labs LLC's own conduct.

• Your use of Vimsho;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content;
• Your submission of another person's information without authorization;
• Your creation of a minor profile without proper authority;
• Your misuse of Vimsho content;
• Your violation of law or another person's rights.

29. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Vimsho at any time and may request account deletion as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions about intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Vimsho if we reasonably believe:

• You violated these Terms;
• Your account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;
• Your use creates risk to Vimsho, other users, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by law;
• Your subscription or payment is invalid, cancelled, disputed, or unpaid;
• Continuing service would create security, legal, or operational risk.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

31. Dispute Resolution

Before bringing a formal legal claim, you agree to contact BlueQuantum Labs LLC at legal@vimsho.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

We will try to respond within a reasonable time.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, unless applicable law requires another forum.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief or bringing a claim that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Your notice should include:

• Your name and contact information;
• The email associated with your Vimsho account, if any;
• A description of the dispute;
• The remedy you are requesting.

32. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved and limits your right to bring or take part in a court case or a class action.

This section applies to you if you live in the United States. It does not apply where the law of your country or state does not allow a binding arbitration agreement or a class action waiver, and in that case the dispute resolution and governing law sections continue to apply to you instead.

You and BlueQuantum Labs LLC agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally under the dispute resolution section above. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you and BlueQuantum Labs LLC agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as stated in this section.

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the arbitration begins. The arbitration will take place in the county where you live or by video or telephone, at your choice, unless you and BlueQuantum Labs LLC agree otherwise. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court decides whether the class action waiver below is enforceable.

You and BlueQuantum Labs LLC agree to bring claims only in an individual capacity. Neither party may bring a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not hear one or award relief to anyone other than the individual party in the arbitration. If a court decides this class action waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim, and only that claim, proceeds in court rather than in arbitration.

This section does not require arbitration of: a claim that qualifies for small claims court, brought in small claims court, or a request for an injunction or other relief to stop actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual property.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first accept these Terms by sending your name, the email associated with your account, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration to legal@vimsho.com. If you opt out, the dispute resolution and governing law sections apply to you instead. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

If 25 or more customers bring similar arbitration claims represented by the same or coordinated counsel, you and BlueQuantum Labs LLC agree the claims will be administered in batches of no more than 50 to allow efficient resolution, and the American Arbitration Association will treat each batch as a single case for fee purposes.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. If any part of this section other than the class action waiver is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest of this section stays in effect.

Any future change to this section will apply only as stated in the Terms in effect for your use of Vimsho and as permitted by law.

33. App Store Terms

If you download, access, purchase, or subscribe to Vimsho through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app store, you may also be subject to that platform's terms, payment rules, refund rules, subscription rules, privacy disclosures, and usage rules.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and app store rules that apply to your purchase or download, the app store rules may control for that specific app-store transaction.

33.1 Apple App Store Terms

If you access or use Vimsho through an Apple-branded product or Apple App Store, the following terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and BlueQuantum Labs LLC, not Apple. BlueQuantum Labs LLC is solely responsible for Vimsho and its content.
• Your license to use Vimsho on Apple-branded products is limited to a non-transferable license to use Vimsho on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's usage rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume purchasing rules.
• BlueQuantum Labs LLC is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Vimsho as described in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Vimsho.
• To the extent any warranty applies and Vimsho fails to conform to that warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app if applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to Vimsho.
• BlueQuantum Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to Vimsho or your possession or use of Vimsho, including product liability claims, legal or regulatory claims, and consumer protection, privacy, or similar claims.
• If a third party claims that Vimsho or your use of Vimsho infringes intellectual property rights, BlueQuantum Labs LLC, not Apple, is responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or resolving that claim.

• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms for purposes of your use of Vimsho through Apple platforms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

33.2 Google Play Terms

If you access or use Vimsho through Google Play, you may also be subject to Google Play's terms, subscription rules, refund rules, payment rules, and account management controls.

Google is not responsible for Vimsho except to the extent required by Google Play terms or applicable law.

34. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If BlueQuantum Labs LLC makes material changes, it will notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be effective as of the date posted or as otherwise stated.

Your continued use of Vimsho after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using Vimsho and may request account deletion.

35. General Terms

35.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in a specific feature, checkout flow, subscription offer, or app-store purchase flow, form the entire agreement between you and BlueQuantum Labs LLC regarding your use of Vimsho.

35.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

35.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

35.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your Vimsho account without our prior written consent.

BlueQuantum Labs LLC may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Vimsho business, or as otherwise permitted by law.

35.5 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

35.6 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, labor disputes, government actions, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, payment provider outages, app-store outages, or third-party service failures.
