Delete your Vimsho account

Before deleting

Sign in and use Settings, then Data controls, then Export my data if you want a copy of your account records before erasure.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation may be separate. Cancel any active subscription through Vimsho billing controls, Stripe, Apple App Store, or Google Play before or separately from deleting your account to avoid future charges.

Erase the account

In Settings, open Data controls, choose Erase my account, and confirm the erase action. Vimsho erases account identifiers and redacts owned session content while preserving immutable system history and records we must keep for legal, tax, billing, security, backup, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Need help

If you cannot sign in, email support@vimsho.com or privacy@vimsho.com from the email address associated with your account.

You can use this web page to request account and associated data deletion for Google Play or app-store compliance if in-app deletion is not available to you.
