1. Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, email, authentication state, language preference, settings, legal acceptance records, and subscription status.
• Birth details such as name, gender context if provided, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, current place, saved profiles, and profiles you save for other people.
• Reading, chat, request, support, feedback, and saved-profile content you submit.
• Payment and subscription records processed through Stripe or another payment platform, including plan, currency, invoice, subscription, customer, and payment identifiers. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in our own systems.
• Technical, device, diagnostic, security, log, cookie, and usage information needed to run and protect the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• Create, authenticate, maintain, and secure accounts.
• Calculate charts, readings, timing maps, saved profiles, compatibility features, and related astrology features.
• Store account-linked birth details, saved profiles, reading history, and preferences when you choose to save them.
• Operate subscriptions, trials, billing, support, fraud prevention, security, debugging, service reliability, and legal compliance.
• Respond to export, deletion, consent-withdrawal, privacy-rights, and support requests.

3. Birth Details, Consent, and Minor Profiles

Birth details are core inputs for Vimsho and are treated as personal data.

During onboarding, Vimsho requires explicit processing consent before smart-entry parsing or chart calculation processes your birth details.

If you provide another person's information, you are responsible for making sure you have permission or another lawful basis to provide it.

Vimsho may allow adult account holders to create a minor birth profile only when they confirm they are the parent, legal guardian, or otherwise authorized to provide that birth information.

Minor profile data is processed for astrology chart generation and related interpretation, including saved charts, readings, timing views, and related interpretive features. At launch, Vimsho does not use minor profile data for marketing, advertising, third-party AI provider processing, or public sharing.

Vimsho is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly allow a child under 13 to create an account. If we learn that a child under 13 created an account or provided personal information directly as an account holder, we will delete that information and close the account.

A parent or guardian may contact privacy@vimsho.com to request deletion of a minor profile or to report information provided directly by a child under 13.

4. Vendors and Disclosure

We disclose information to service providers that help operate the Service, including cloud hosting and infrastructure, database and storage providers, payments, email delivery, authentication, security, support, diagnostics, and location lookup services.

Current global launch systems include Google Cloud Platform infrastructure, Stripe, configured email services, Google sign-in or security services where enabled, and location lookup services where enabled.

We may disclose information for legal, safety, rights-protection, misuse investigation, enforcement, or business-transfer reasons.

We do not sell personal data or share personal data for third-party advertising. No production AI provider processing is enabled unless the Service is updated to disclose it and obtain any required consent.

At launch, Vimsho does not use minor profile data for marketing, advertising, third-party AI provider processing, or public sharing.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in, security, language preference, session continuity, billing handoff, app operation, legal acceptance, consent state, and saved UI preferences.

Temporary onboarding birth details are stored only in per-tab session storage after processing consent and before account save, and are cleared after save or restart. We do not use advertising cookies at launch.

6. Retention, Export, and Deletion

We keep account, birth-profile, saved-profile, reading, and subscription records for as long as your account is active. After your account closes, records are kept only for the periods needed to meet legal, tax, accounting, billing, security, chargeback, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and operational requirements, and are then deleted or anonymized.

You can export account data from Settings under Data controls by choosing Export my data.

You can erase your account from Settings under Data controls by choosing Erase my account. Public instructions are available at /account/delete.

You can request deletion of minor profile data at privacy@vimsho.com.

Account erasure may delete, redact, unlink, or retain a minimal non-identifying record of account-related information, depending on the data type and legal or operational requirements.

Account deletion does not guarantee cancellation of an active subscription. You should cancel active subscriptions through the applicable billing portal or app store before or separately from account deletion.

7. International Processing, Legal Bases, and Privacy Rights

Vimsho is initially focused on the United States and India. If Vimsho is accessed from other regions, privacy rights and product availability may vary depending on applicable law and whether Vimsho supports that region.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including Google Cloud Platform regions used for India latency needs and United States or other service-provider regions used for operations, billing, support, security, and resilience.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, withdraw consent where applicable, object to or restrict certain processing where applicable, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority where applicable.

To exercise privacy rights, withdraw consent, request export or deletion, or raise a privacy grievance, contact privacy@vimsho.com. BlueQuantum Labs LLC will respond within the timeframes required by the law that applies to you.

If you are in India, you may withdraw consent through available account settings or by contacting privacy@vimsho.com. BlueQuantum Labs LLC treats privacy@vimsho.com as the grievance and data-contact route for India privacy questions unless a different contact is later approved and published.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the legal bases for processing your data may include consent for birth details and user-provided inputs, contract performance for account and subscription features, and our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service operation, diagnostics, and protecting the Service.

Vimsho is preparing for global availability, but this policy does not claim that every regional privacy mechanism is complete for active marketing in every jurisdiction. We may add region-specific notices or contacts as launch scope expands.
